Richiare were the successful bidders for the installation of eight floors of Partitioning at the new School of Social Sciences for City University in London EC 4.

 

The new building houses a teaching facility, including

audiometric booths and lecture rooms both of which require high acoustic properties.

 

To meet the client's requirements Richaire installed Gyproc sound rated partitions with IAC steel doors.The remainder of the building was occupied by lecturers who needed a tidy method for storing their numerous books. Richaire put forward the Invotek Partitioning system which has integral uprights to carry steel shelving. This proved to be the perfect solution.

 

In addition Richaire supplied silicone jointed partitions with frameless glass doors to provide a pleasing backdrop to the stunning atrium and glass lifts.
