On behalf of all at Oakfield and CfBT Education Trust may I thank Richaire for project managing the first phase of our Pre Prep restoration project this summer.

For any company to deliver such a stunning conversion on time and on budget is a great credit to all involved. For any company to be able to interpret clients wishes so skilfully, deal so sensitively with such a wonderful Victorian building and enhance a learning environment in such a dramatic way is a real achievement for such a dedicated team.

Oakfield Pre Prep now enjoys one of the finest Early Years settings in Dulwich-correction-London! Plans are now well advanced to create imaginative gardens and play-spaces for the younger children. With Phases two and three now on the drawing board create further opportunism for us to work together in the future to create a Preparatory School whose facilities are not only exceptional but where a lovely building is sensitively restored for future generations to enjoy and feel justly proud!

Children, parents and staff are all thrilled with their new environment. Please pass on our thanks to your team who have restored all our faith in British builders and craftsmen!! This is a major project at a CfBT school that is to be a springboard for its worldwide educational activities. Education is at the heart of CfBT and we look forward to welcoming educationalists from around the globe to our school to not only enjoy a spectacular learning environment but also to see happy children enjoying their special 'space' and being inspired by teachers who are equally proud of their imaginative surroundings.

This is just a short note to offer my grateful thanks to you and the team at Richaire for the great job that have done on the refurbishment of our Old Block. We were delighted with the professional approach of all your staff and we were particularly impressed with Richard who managed the project on site. Richard was here every day, often starting quite early in the morning, and his professional, committed approach resulted in a trouble-free programme that completed on time.

The Governors had a tour of the Old Block last week and they are very pleased with the final result and the transformation that has taken place in the building. This will now enable us to offer a vastly improved ICT facility for our pupils and the local community.

Please could you pass on my thanks to all the stall involved, and my personal thanks to you for such an efficient and effective project.

Now that the dust has settled (metaphorically speaking) and we here at Healthcall are starting to establish some semblance of order, I thought it only right that I put pen to paper and appraise you of our appreciation for the many projects Richaire have undertaken on our behalf.

It is my belief that, when assessing potential contractors for such work, first impressions are all important. To this end Belinda'a polite, confident manner underlined her obvious experience and professionalism and immediately dissolved any competition. As we developed the strategy and work schedules her approach and flexibility,along with an astute eye for detail, provided a constant reassurance to the directors and myself.

As you know Phase One of our project was a huge undertaking, the success of which was critical to the entire Medical Assessment Process operation. Moreover the re-location of the call-centre was achieved comfortably despite the extreme time-scales imposed by the DTI.

Further, during each of the phases, both at Enfield and more recently at our Swansea centre, all the work was carried out to the highest of standards with due regard being paid to Healthcall employees, visitors and the working environment. Your staff are a credit to your company and are to be commended for their outstanding efforts. Indeed, the 'hands-on' approach that was demonstrated by all levels of the Richaire organisation was extremely professional and very much appreciated.

I would like, on behalf of Healthcall, to pass on our appreciation to all your staff and express our sincere thanks to you and Belinda for a job well done. We look forward to continuing the special relationship that has developed between us.
