Richaire is delighted to welcome Mat to the team as a new project coordinator. He will be an excellent compliment to Richaire' s further expansions within the School Refurbishment arena.

Richaire completed another project for long term client WMF. A full refurbishment -  including a new mezzanine floor and a series of glazed partitioning for their newest offices.

Richaire secured another order from our long standing customers Morrison Solicitors. When moving into a new building in Teddington they decided they needed some partition to create 3 meeting rooms and a reception area along with some storagewall to screen off their photocopying area.

Richaire is very pleased to welcome Simon to the team as a new project consultant. he has many years experience in the refurbishment industry and will be a fantastic asset to our staff force.

Pet Protect a local pet insurance company placed an order with Richaire for some fully glazed partitioning in order to separate their office with out sacrificing natural light. The work to be completed in April should take two days.

Mezzanine floors offer the possibility to double the existing floorspace in your premises  by erecting a free-standing floor. Art supply company The Craft Barn called on Richaire to supply and install a mezzanine floor to make full use of the head room in their converted Barn. The space will be used for offices above and below and should be completed in April.

Aug 2013

Richaire received another order from our long standing customers Creative Technology. The work to begin this month called for us to erect new partitioning to match the clients existing timber system.

Another of our previous customers Brompton Bicycles placed an order with us. The job called for both stud and aluminium partitioning to create new locker rooms and office areas.

July 2013

Richaire are delighted to have successfully completed one of our biggest jobs to date, GEW. After many additions to the original order Richaire completed the works to our usual high standard. The customers are delighted with the finished product. Check back soon for a new case study on the project.

Kyan Media have asked us to erect some new partitioning to section off a large room and  A. Warne wanted some new non-slip safety flooring installed in their Tea Room.

Richaire received an order from one of our existing customers ADL. The work includes a run of glazed partitioning and new doors.

Apr 2013

Richaire has helped our long-standing customers Teva UK to move premises. The move  from Aylesbury to Harlow consisted of packing and moving a large amount of furniture. Richaire also provided temporary storage for some pieces.

Electronics manufacturing company Chemigraphic also placed an order with Richaire to erect new partitioning and a ceiling.

Nov 2012

After years of refurbishing other people's offices we decided that Richaire's office in Redhill needed some TLC. We stripped out our current reception and replaced with new furniture, tiled ceramic floor and new wall coverings. We also totally refurbished our washrooms and guest toilet with new mosaics, floor tiles and sanitary ware. Pictures will be up shortly so check back soon.

Richaire have received an order for a mezzanine floor from London sight-seeing company Big Bus Tours. Richaire are also in the process of refurbishing our own reception area and washrooms, this includes, new lighting, floor and wall tiles, new furniture and sanitary wear.

July 2012

Richaire where delighted to receive a substantial order from Redhill based UV curing equipment manufacturer GEW (EC) Limited for the total refurbishment of their new offices and warehouse located on Crawley's Manor Royal Estate.

The work includes a new, reception area, meeting rooms, canteen and kitchen, restrooms, general offices and a 940 square metre mezzanine floor. Richaire will also be overseeing the refurbishment of the existing air conditioning system, new good lift, scissor lifts, lean-lift storage devices and installing over 800 data outlets.

The work has already commenced and is expected to be completed by late September.

Existing customers Aggmore called upon Richaire to update their air conditioning, modify their ceiling and lighting and install some new partitioning.
